Thanks to their care and support we were able to keep Dad at home until he peacefully passed away, surrounded by those he loved. The care he received from Step Ahead was second to none. They really do care…. they treated Dad with respect and were totally transparent with us, communication was good and frequent. They understood our needs and Dads.

I could never thank this company enough as they made mums last days the most comfortable and dignified. Mum had nothing but praises for the staff that was provided by Step Ahead. Namely Charity who was the main carer during mum’s care. The care that was provided to mum was specific to mums needs. As mums condition deteriorated the company manager advised that more care will be needed for mums care which they happily provided. I believe they provided my mum the best dignified care during her last days and I am glad that mum did not die alone as Charity was with mum. I know wherever mum is she is smiling down. Keep up the hard work team and I highly recommend.
